Refund Policy
Every comail account starts with a free trial that needs no payment details, so you can try comail before you pay anything. If you do pay and change your mind, you can get your money back.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of your subscription, and within 14 days of any charge for adding an inbox.
Renewals
The money-back guarantee covers your first payment. To avoid paying for a renewal you don't want, cancel before the renewal date. If something went wrong with a renewal, such as a charge after you tried to cancel, contact us and we will look into it.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund; or
- email us at support@comail.io with the email address of your account, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are paid to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens after a refund
A refund ends the subscription it covers, and your agents' access to mail pauses. Your account and settings stay in place, so you can subscribe again later.
We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel at any time from comail or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. Removing an inbox takes effect at the next renewal.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, as described in Paddle's Buyer Terms. This policy adds to that right and does not limit it, or any other right you have under applicable law.
See our Terms of Service for the full terms of your subscription.
