Privacy

comail.io is operated by Ninibe GmbH. This page lists everything the site collects and why. The product itself is built on the idea that access should be scoped and revocable; we hold the website to the same standard.

Waitlist applications

When you apply for the beta we store what you submit — your email address, use case, and chosen clients or harnesses (including any “Other” details) — together with the country derived from your IP address and your browser's user agent, which we use to stop spam. Applications are kept until we process them and are delivered to us by Resend, our email provider. We use your address only to talk to you about comail.

Analytics

We use a self-hosted Plausible instance for aggregate, cookieless analytics. It stores no personal data and cannot follow you across sites.

Advertising measurement

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to tell whether our ads work. It reports page visits and successful waitlist applications to Meta. We do not send your email address or your free-text use case in our event payloads. Meta may set _fbp and _fbc cookies; browser restrictions can shorten their lifetimes. See Meta's privacy policy.

In the EEA, the United Kingdom, Gibraltar and Switzerland, the pixel is off until you accept optional cookies in the cookie notice. Everywhere else it is on by default, with no notice, and you can turn it off. We work out your region from your IP address on each visit and do not store it; if we can't tell, we treat you as needing to opt in.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer, wherever you are. Turning the pixel off stops future advertising events and removes the advertising cookies accessible to this site; it cannot recall events already sent. We remember your choice in local storage for up to 180 days. We honor your browser's Global Privacy Control signal by keeping the pixel off in every region. You can apply to the waitlist whatever you choose.
