Privacy
comail.io is operated by Ninibe GmbH. This page lists everything the site collects and why. The product itself is built on the idea that access should be scoped and revocable; we hold the website to the same standard.
Waitlist applications
When you apply for the beta we store what you submit — your email address and use case — together with the country derived from your IP address and your browser's user agent, which we use to stop spam. Applications are kept until we process them and are delivered to us by Resend, our email provider. We use your address only to talk to you about comail.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted Plausible instance for aggregate, cookieless analytics. It stores no personal data and cannot follow you across sites.
Advertising measurement
For visitors outside the EEA, the United Kingdom, Gibraltar and
Switzerland, the site loads the Meta (Facebook) pixel so we can tell whether our ads
work. It sets a _fbp cookie and reports page views and waitlist
applications to Meta; see Meta's
privacy policy. Visitors from the EEA, UK, Gibraltar and Switzerland never get the
pixel — no ad cookies, no banner, nothing to opt out of. You can opt out of interest-based
advertising generally at youradchoices.com.
